Pierce Schultz is a Florida business and real estate litigation attorney based in Boca Raton. He represents companies, shareholders, partners, and LLC members in disputes over the ownership and control of closely held businesses, along with the contract, commercial, and real estate litigation that comes with doing business — representing both those bringing claims and those defending against them.
Before starting his own practice, Pierce litigated business and real estate matters in Florida, including at Carlton Fields, P.A. and Loredo Law, PLLC. Since founding Pierce Schultz PLLC, he has focused on shareholder oppression claims, breach of fiduciary duty and business divorce disputes, partnership and LLC member fights, and the broader commercial, contract, construction, and real estate litigation that businesses face.
Pierce is a published legal scholar whose work on shareholder oppression and business divorce has appeared in The Florida Bar Journal, and he has used that knowledge to achieve substantial successes for his clients. Clients work with him directly and can expect candid assessments, careful preparation, and litigation strategy built for the result they need.
